FOLLOWERS

Lisa has some 'splainin' to do! Where is the list of Followers? There were over 200 of them and now they're gone!


Well, buttercup, here's the thing. I deleted the gadget myself, and here's why.

I love my real followers.  You're the ones who visit Writing in the Buff on a regular basis. Even when I've not posted something new you visit just to see if you missed something. You leave comments, you send emails, and you offer encouragement. You don't need your icon in the little sidebar box to prove you follow. Your actions speak loud and clear.

Since most of the counted "followers" are not followers at all, but "one time Charlies," I decided to delete the gadget. I've added the option to follow by email and hope that will prove helpful for regular readers and new visitors who are interested in staying in the Buff. I'll be honored to have you invite me into your email inbox.

I deeply appreciate those of you who do truly follow Writing in the Buff.  You know who you are.
